With Halo Wars 2 already being played by Ultimate Edition owners and Standard Edition owners to clock in on Tuesday, February 21, fans are already playing in and learning about the universe outside Master Chief’s visor. But some may wonder about the choices, either mechanically or visually, 343 Industries made in Halo Wars 2. Lucky for them that a few 343 folks will be hosting a panel during PAX East to discuss the story, art, and future content of the brand-new real-time strategy title.
The panel, titled “Halo Wars 2: Creating the Story, Art, and content yet to come,” is scheduled for 4 p.m. local time on March 11 in Boston in the Main Theatre where PAX East is being held. The description for the panel, according to PAX’s website is as follows:
“Join the 343 Team as they host a discussion on the Story, Art, and content yet to come for Halo Wars 2 The team will host an entertaining talk on what it took to bring a captivating story, characters and art to the next chapter of the Halo Universe.”
PAX lists the panelists as 343’s Studio Head of Strategy Games Dan Ayoub, alongside Managing Editor for 343 Kevin Grace and Art Director / Production Designer Jeremy Cook. We’ve written previously about our hypotheses regarding upcoming DLC for Halo Wars so be sure to check that out and let us know what you think the team will discuss and make public during the panel discussion. Until then, or if we learn anything else, stay tuned to Rectify Gaming for the latest.
