The upcoming, well-hyped, gaming movie finally has a release date!
Ubisoft confirmed that the release date for the AC movie will not be until December, but pre orders have begun now, which fans have already dug into. Different tiers of pre order packages have been included, with some including t shirts, hoodies and even a movie script, with the most expensive package being at 1.2K, involving a Spanish Crossbow and a ‘Behind-the-scenes’ extra. The tickets don’t specify seat numbers yet, due to not being sure which movie studios and theaters will have the movie. There are some pre-order packages that may have your head shaking, here is the official site (Kernel) to see all the listings.
Also confirmed is that Justin Kerzel is directing it (also directed MacBeth). And star Michael Fassbender will be playing Callum and his 15th century Spanish assassin ascendant. The scene is set in present day time, but 35% of screen-time is the spanish ancestor flashback. Fox released the trailer, so go check that out.
