Battallion 1944 was funded in just 3 days on Kickstarter. It’s return to the World War II era of the FPS genre is what a lot of players have been asking for, and they showed it with their pledges. Today, Bulkhead Interactive has revealed the stretch goals for all platforms; Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
The first stretch goal of hiring a full time community manager has already been funded. Nine other goals, 10 in total, were announced and include a single player campaign at its highest level {1.2 million. Other goals include the British army at £325,000, Russian army at £400,000 as well as the an offline horde mode where you can practice your skills prior to jumping online, a D-day map and various cosmetic features.
A World War II single player campaign is something I’ve been wanting for a while now, along with many other players. Hopefully, Bulkhead meets their goal as I’d love to see it happen. The full list of stretch goals can be seen below, along with a new trailer, compliments of the game’s Kickstarter page
