If you bought your console with Kinect a while ago Microsoft has got your back in this matter. For a limited time, Xbox Support will be providing the adapters if you request. Here’s how:
- Search for your Xbox One, Kinect, and Xbox One Slim serial number and register your devices here.
- Contact Xbox Support to request your FREE adapter. They will ask you for the serial numbers above and make sure you hand them over, correctly.
