According to Aaron Greenberg, the head of Xbox Games Marketing has revealed that the Xbox One was the #1 selling console in July according to the latest NPD. The Xbox One has been dropping down in price since June as Microsoft was preparing for the Xbox One S release so this probably plays a big role. We don’t know the exact numbers it brought it, but we do know even more users are on Xbox.
The Xbox One S was selling out all over the UK and was almost impossible to get the first day and it was selling great in the US. This maybe the start of something great for the Xbox team, it wouldn’t be shocking if we see Xbox back at the #1 spot in August.
Stay tuned for more information.
