Vega announced for Street Figther 5

Sony has announced that Vega will be included in Street Fighter 5 as a surprise reveal today. He will be playable at Gamescom and also comes with an all new gameplay technique. For the first time, Vega will be able to fight either with or without his claw. You can sheathe his claw at will in order to utilize all new grab and throw techniques but also may be forced to fight this way. If your opponent knocks your claw off, then you no longer have the option to pick it back up. Hi-Rez Studios announces new Moba called Paladins

  Hi-Rez Studios announces new Moba called Paladins Hi-Rez Studios announced Paladins today, their new MOBA which will be free to play on PC as well as Xbox One and PS4 in 2016. You can check out some of the seven announced characters over on the official site and more information will be available during Gamescom tomorrow. Paladins will be playable to gamescom attendees at Hi-Rez Studios’ Booth A-051 in Hall 9, near the ESL main stage. Those not at the show can learn more and sign up for the upcoming closed beta of Paladins at their official site. “We’ve managed to keep Paladins under wraps for over a year now, so the dev team is really looking forward to receiving feedback from the hands-on demo at gamescom,” said Todd Harris, COO at Hi-Rez Studios. “We’ve focused on making something we find fun and competitive, and soon players will help us craft how Paladins grows from here.” In Paladins, teams are pitted against one another to capture control points and demolish the enemy’s base while defending their own. Each combatant enters the battle with a primary weapon, a set of combat and movement abilities, and a personal mount to carry them quickly from one fight to the next. Players begin each match with a customizable deck of skill cards which can be activated and evolved upon leveling up in-match for enhanced strength, defense or utility throughout the session. “Paladins has been a passion project of ours from the beginning,” commented Mick Larkins, senior producer on the title. “We’ve dedicated a separate team from SMITE to work on it, and while we are still early in development, we know we’re crafting something very special. Paladins is extremely quick, with a great deal of depth in how it blends action, tactics, and teamwork, and we’re excited for gamers to start discovering all it has to offer.” Paladins is coming to PC and current-generation consoles in 2016    

Gears of War Ultimate Edition comes with the entire Gears Collection

  Microsoft has announced that purchasing Gears of War Ultimate Edition and playing jt from its launch in August 25th through December 31st will get you access to the entire Gears of War collection. Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgement will come free with the game’s and be available via backwards compatibility when the program launches for all. Of course, preview members will get access immediately. Also, all Xbox One features like streaming, Game dvr, and all new achievements are included as well. The original Gears has been completely been remastered to play in 1080p and 60 fps as well as include 90 minutes and 5 new levels of campaign gameplay.
