Red Dead Redemption 2 Launch Trailer Has A Returning Face

Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to release a week from today and the launch trailer has appeared showing a little bit of the game’s story, detailed visuals, and features the prior title’s protagonist, John Marston. The trailer illustrates the impact of being in a gang as everyone is looking for the sweet spot to leave. While others are still loyal to Dutch’s Gang and will even die to show their devotion to it. From robberies to train heists, action is packed to the brim for what’s to come in the short approaching title. And for the first time we finally hear John Marston speak in the sequel/prequel to his 2010 adventure. Questioning Arthur “about loyalty”. It wasn’t confirmed if the original voice for John, Rob Wiethoff, is still playing the iconic Rockstar character this time around. In other related news, it was confirmed that the upcoming game will require two disks for anyone who plans to play physically. Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 26, 2018.

Days Gone Delayed To April 2019

Since the reveal of the anticipated open world zombie title Days Gone, many have been anticipating to finally play the game when it officially releases. With the initial launch set for late 2018 was pushed to February 2019, it seems fans of the title will have be a little bit more patient as the game has been delayed once again. Sony Marketing Vice President Asad Qizilbash has made a statement regarding the choice to push the game past the planned February release, developer Bend Studio will use the extra time to polish the game as it reaches closer to the near two month delayed launch date. Qizilbash’s full statement: We want to share a change in release date for this highly anticipated title from Bend Studio. We recently decided to move the release of Days Gone from the crowded February time frame to April 26, 2019. While the studio is eager to see Days Gone in the hands of fans, Bend Studio will take the opportunity to further polish Days Gone. As PlayStation fans already know, Days Gone is an open-world action game set in the high-desert of the Pacific Northwest. Traversing harsh landscapes on their drifter bike, players must fight for resources as they attempt to survive broken roads, unpredictable weather, attacks from other human factions, infected wildlife and roaming Freakers — a brutal, dynamic world that is dangerous both day and night. Which seems to be a fair release avoiding competition like Bioware’s Anthem and Square Enix’s Kingdom Hearts 3 launching in late January. April seems to be a sweet spot when it comes to releasing first party title for Sony Interactive Entertainment looking back at this year for God of War.  Days Gone will be available exclusively to PlayStation 4 on April 26, 2019. Valve Titles Being Added To Xbox X Enhanced List

Since we first knew about the existence of Xbox One X (then Project Scorpio), we knew that better performance and visual output was emphasized for “The World’s Most Powerful Console”. Not until E3 2017 we got the first look at the console and introducing 4K resolutions with 60 frames per second gameplay to the Xbox brand. For this we only assumed this would apply to titles from this generation, but it expanded into the catalogue of Xbox 360 Backwards Compatibility games. As we already know that titles like Gears of War 3 and Skate 3 are X Enhanced, more games will be added to the list now. Announced from Xbox’s Major Nelson that four titles from Valve will be receiving an X enhanced update: The Orange Box, Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, and Portal Still Alive. Starting today, four more Xbox One Backward Compatibility titles will be enhanced for Xbox One X.
