Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition And Farming Simulator 19 Will Be Free For Stadia Pro Owners This December

Google’s streaming-based platform Stadia released nearly two weeks ago, and for users who own the Founder’s Edition of the platform is aware that there are two already available titles that comes with the Stadia Pro subscription: Destiny 2 and Samurai Shodown. And Google doesn’t plan for this to be a one-time special as a new batch of games have been announced for next month in December. Revealing that Crystal Dynamics’ Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Giants Software’s Farming Simulator 19 will be the next duo of free games for Stadia Pro subscribers. https://twitter.com/GoogleStadia/status/1199403828128276480 One interesting point brought up upon the announcement for next month’s Stadia Plus goodies is what will happen to those who already purchased these titles. With the platform only limited to twelve games at launch, those who want to use Stadia are virtually limited for the time being. And now discovering that these two games will be of no cost next month will surely upset some users. However, Google has said to be happy to issue refunds to those who have already purchased either of the two due to the scarce timing between launch and this December a Google spokesperson told to Engadget. “We know that some users have recently purchased these two games for their collection. Because of the proximity between the launch of the platform, and the announcement of these titles in Stadia Pro, we are happy to assist players if they would like to request a refund if they purchased either or both of these titles, even if it’s outside of our normal policy.” In other Stadia-related news, it was revealed last week that Stadia does not meet the promise of games supported on Google’s platform to run 4K resolution with high-performance frame rates as the platform was advertised to do. Do you plan on picking up the two new games next month on Stadia? Stadia is available now for PC, television, and mobile devices.

Gearbox Reveals Borderlands 3 Moxxi’s Heist For The Handsome Jackpot DLC, Arrives Next Month

Although the long-awaited third installment for Gearbox Software’s Borderlands series has arrived back in September, you shouldn’t forget that the team has more planned for the game regarding post-launch aside from the slate of endgame content already available currently. In fact, it was disclosed before the game’s release that the project would receive about four story-related expansions following its September launch. Just last week, Gearbox has revealed the first of four, this being the Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot. If you were unable to decipher the apparent play-on-words in the expansion’s title, this new content experience drags the new cast of vault hunters to the formerly-run casino manned by Borderlands 2 antagonist Handsome Jack. You can watch the reveal trailer below: Following the orders behind titular Moxxi, you must break into Handsome Jack’s casino and overtake the establishment. Along the way, you will face a new roster of enemies including the very suiting hostile slot machines that you witness in the reveal trailer. Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot is scheduled to arrive on December 19th. Among other post-launch add-ons, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford did press upon the matter of cross-play inevitably coming to Borderlands 3 following the game’s launch at some point. “We are committed to supporting cross-play for Borderlands 3 with our partners as soon as practicable after launch,” Pitchford stated back in July. Facebook Announces Acquisition Of Beat Games

The market of virtual reality truly kicked off about a year ago with titles like Beat Saber proving that there is endless amount of playtime provided through the still to understand medium of games. And while the game is still receiving an influx of music packs every other week as of late, the team over at Beat Games has a new home. In an announcement made by Oculus recently, the Czech Republic studio has been acquired by Facebook. The announcement made by Oculus Director of Content Mike Verdu, he shares that despite the acquisition, Beat Games will still work on continuing to bring currently promised along with new content to Beat Saber following this new addition to the Oculus Studios family. Beat Saber is a perfect example of why VR is so exciting—VR reimagines old genres and invents new ones. The team at Beat Games made a leap forward in innovation and design with the stellar blend of game mechanics and music in Beat Saber, and yet we know that they, along with so many other devs, are just getting started. Upon what lies ahead for the European developer, Verdu then goes on to share that the already scheduled 360° levels for December are still on way for next month among other music to be added later on into 2020. Regarding the already thriving modding community that lives within the Beat Saber DNA, Verdu explains that this same ecosystem will be left untouched if the community adjustments meets the new guidelines under Facebook. Versions on other platforms are also clarified to be still be prioritized with new content to be available the same time as it would for Oculus. Interesting enough, Verdu then went on to share that the team at Oculus is still looking to ‘accelerate’ the virtual reality market following the recent announcement. “We’re exploring many ways to accelerate VR, and we think next year is going to be an incredible one of VR game launches and announcements.” Are you fine with Oculus acquiring the Beat Saber developer? Titanfall 2 And Monster Energy Supercross Headlines For PlayStation Plus December 2019

This month’s current lineup of free titles for PlayStation Plus owners is sought to be a rebound of more haunting projects following this year’s Halloween season. One being Red Barrels’ Outlast 2 and Koei Temco’s Nioh which holds as a segue to the upcoming second installment following the release date for the sequel being revealed around the same time. Now with November practically over already, Sony Interactive Entertainment is ready to push on to December with two new games. Announcing that both Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall 2 and Milestone’s Monster Energy Supercross will be arriving for the new month for all PlayStation Plus subscribers. Titanfall 2 is Respawn’s second title since the developer opening following the titular first installment; you play as Cooper who suddenly is granted his own Titan BT during combat and must go on a journey across the many different landscapes that is painted ahead for you. This sequel can also be viewed as one of the more underappreciated titles of this generation seeing the poorly-timed launch of the game just two weeks after EA & DICE released Battlefield 1 in 2016. Monster Energy Supercross is the game adaptation of the annual name-sharing event that the energy drink company hosts every year. The game offers a wide range of customization for both your rider and bike to choose from among a range of real tracks that are only available during the yearly motocross competition. For more creative freedom, the game also has a track creator or players to indulge in and craft their own extreme locales if bored of what’s provided. Both titles will be available to pick up on December 3rd and will be there to download until January 6 the following month. As for November’s free titles, you have until This Tuesday to scoop them up before they go back to regular price. Are you planning on picking up both titles next month? Source: PlayStation Blog
