Injustice: Gods Among Us is Free until June 25th

Injustice: Gods Among Us is free until June 25th. As in “yours to keep forever”. This is not a typo. The critically-acclaimed classic fighting game can be added to your digital collection for free on Steam, Xbox 360/One, and PSN. DC Comics fans that have never owned this game, should be in for a real treat. Batman and Superman come to blows to which Superman becomes a dictator and Batman is a freedom fighter. Heroes and even villains of both sides have very personal reasons for their allegiances. In today’s political times, this could hit some players on a very personal level. The game style is similar to the recent Mortal Kombat games: combos, super moves and other forms of mayhem, but no Fatalities (sorry, it’s not that type of a game). Unfortunately for Xbox owners, only the base copy is free. Any other DLCs that are not free (such as Zatanna, Martian Manhunter, Scorpion, etc) will remain as such. The Ultimate Edition is free for Steam and PSN. Note to Phil Spencer: make Xbox owners happy by making ALL DLC add-ons free, please. But even if you have already own Injustice for your preferred system, it doesn’t hurt to add to your collection by “purchasing” it on other platforms. You can still do that with Epic Games every Thursday, right? So why not this one?
