The Game Awards 2020: New Gameplay Trailer Reveals Housemarque’s Returnal Launches In March 2021

Upon the run up to this Thursdays Game Awards, many fans continued to speculate Sony would drop a bomb (figuratively) in regards to the PlayStation 5. While hopes were high, there happened to be no definite evidence to suggest such an act. That was until the eleventh hour that Sony Interactive Entertainment encouraged its fans to tune into the show later in the week. As for what could come to fruition from the post to be at The Game Awards – it could be a handful of things. But realistically, it would revolve around the titles arriving within the first half of 2021. So, entries such as Gran Turismo 7, Returnal, and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart are likely candidates for the announcement then. Now that the annual show arrived on Thursday, Sony Interactive Entertainment when accompanied by developer Housemarque unveils a new trailer for Returnal. More importantly, the footage ends revealing the game is arriving in March 2021. You can watch the gameplay trailer in the video below: “In Returnal you get to dive deep into the mind of Selene, an Astra space scout trapped in a hellish loop of endless resurrection while trapped on a hostile planet,” Mikael Haveri, Housemarque Marketing Director writes for the game’s synopsis. “The roguelike formula mixed with exploration platformer elements allow for a unique way to explore the planet and continue the battle she is fighting. “Of course, there will be plenty of Housemarque arcade flourishes present, so prepare to be bombarded by volleys of bullet-hell projectiles along the way.” It was just last month during the arrival of the PlayStation 5 that, Sony Interactive Entertainment uploaded a launch trailer for the next-generation console. The Game Awards 2020: Among Us Airship Map Features Ladders, Room Spawning, And New Tasks, Coming Early 2021

For independent developer InnerSloth, the excess amount of popularity came to surely be a surprise when Among Us still stands to be one of the most frequented titles by players and viewership on Twitch. So much that the game studio decided to outright cancel plans for a sequel and dedicate its efforts further support the original release. As part of that, InnerSloth then went to tease a glimpse at the new location back in mid November. While not much was elaborated on the coming map, players grew excited that the developer is working endlessly to play the game with new vistas to play. Excitement swelled even more when the next map would be fully featured at the coming Game Awards later in December. And now that the show arrived on Thursday, InnerSloth unveiled the first trailer for Airship. You can watch the announcement trailer in the video below: From what players can dissect from the footage presented, Among Us’ Airship will introduce ladders for the first time which implies a more vertical setting for the game. Additionally, new tasks are told to be welcomed as well. And for those that decide their tasks then will also be given the opportunity to also decide where they will spawn on the new map. “The Airship is a new, free, 4th map for Among Us, coming out in early 2021! All new tasks, skins, and more to keep you working … and guessing,” the overview reads from the trailer’s description. Also at The Game Awards, Microsoft unveiled that Among Us will be a new addition to Xbox Game Pass for PC sometime in the close future. In context to the console port, one InnerSloth developer spoke on the console versions for Among Us revealing that this could draw issues without a prominent way to communicate with an on-screen keyboard. The Game Awards 2020: Fall Guys Season 3 Set To Arrive On December 15

It was just a few months in August that Mediatonic’s Fall Guys took the Earth by storm to becoming the next big online multiplayer hit. Every streamer regular the wipeout-like game running through obstacles to rep the best outfits and continue to earn crowns at the number one spot. The Game Awards 2020: Scarlet Nexus Revealed For Summer 2021 Release Date

When predating back to the initial Xbox Series X third-party game preview Microsoft held in the form of an Xbox 20/20 live event this past May, many were already anticipating a dozen or so entries from either North American or European developers to stand as the primary demographic of studios present. So it came to be a surprise when Bandai Namco took the spotlight to unveil Scarlet Nexus at the show back in spring. While Microsoft does hold marketing rights for the game, that does not exclude the fact the game will be coming to other systems. But fast forwarding to The Game Awards this Thursday, Bandai Namco reemerged to share that Scarlet Nexus is projected to release sometime by summer 2021. The Game Awards 2020: Saber Interactive Announces Evil Dead: The Game, Coming Sometime In 2021

When concerning Saber Interactive in recent weeks, the New Jersey studio in September released its new collaborated project with 2K, WWE Battlegrounds. The game holds in similarity to the ways of the previous NBA Playgrounds featuring namely superstars of World Wrestling Entertainment and adds a layer of arcade fun to the compound. In addition to that, it was revealed even more recently that the team is working closely with Metro studio 4A Games on a potential multiplayer experience for the decade-old franchise. However, the project is still in discussion as Ukrainian developer spares much of the unannounced game is still being discussed between both game development teams. But in the middle of that, Saber Interactive is looking to be finishing up another project entirely – this one being yet another partnered release with Lionsgate Games. EA Play Appears To Get Added To Xbox Game Pass For PC On December 15, New Trailer Shares

For Xbox Game Pass, players on console are indulging heavily on the library of games that are primed for users on the current and remaining last-generation players. For Microsoft, the firm unveiled that the launch of the Xbox Series X|S SKUs both broke records equally for the Xbox brand. Microsoft Gifts Forza Horizon 4 Owners Free 2058 Quadra Turbo-R V-TECH Car From Cyberpunk 2077 Starting Today

As the world is more than aware of, CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 has finally shipped. No matter the device, the game is available on all now-current and last-generation hardware. And while it is evident some systems are more optimized than others, players get the same game – just to different degrees. Leading up to the game’s release, CD Projekt Red unveiled the sci-fi RPG will be readily available with an in-house built photo mode. Along with the traditional modes available with most photo modes, Cyberpunk 2077’s stands to be unique as character rotation and poses while using the feature is available – one in which more should take notes from. But believe it or not, there is more Cyberpunk 2077 news outside of the recently launched game. It comes from Playground Games over in the United Kingdom which announced that the iconic car V poses with is going to be available starting today.
