Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged is coming Fall 2023

Mattel and Milestone, a leading global racing game developer, today announced Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged. The sequel to the acclaimed Hot Wheels Unleashed will be available on October 19, 2023. With all-new mechanics, environments, vehicle styles, and game modes, Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged revs up the arcade fun to the next level, taking players to unexplored horizons in their Hot Wheels gaming experience. Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 will launch with over 130 vehicles, including the debut of motorbikes and ATVs. Stock, Powered, and Ultimate vehicle categories will differentiate performance, while players will be able to further customise their driving style using skill points to purchase specific perks and assemble their ideal custom build. Five distinct environments await players in Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged, each with unique racing surfaces that impact vehicle performance for a more dynamic match experience. Vehicles will also interact with several objects both on and off the track, making races even more unpredictable. Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 will feature a variety of new game modes that add a fresh layer of fun and challenges both online and offline, including events that push drivers’ skills to the limit or teach them how to master the art of drifting and avoiding crashes with speed and precision. The fan-favorite, two-player split-screen mode is back to fuel exciting duels on the couch, while a number of improvements, including the ability to create a party with friends and the addition of cross-play, will ignite the online multiplayer experience. Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 will be coming to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series XlS, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

Naughty Dog Asks For More Time On Current Multiplayer Project In Recent Statement

Overlooking towards developer Naughty Dog, the PlayStation Studios team remains silent on its next major project. While we do understand the team has already restructured for its upcoming blockbuster, single-player title, the team is also multitasking. In that, the developer revealed previously that a multiplayer portion for The Last of Us Part II is on the way as well. Not to mention the recent success of the HBO television series for The Last of Us, Naughty Dog has proven to have a full plate for itself. Although details are up in the air for what Naughty Dog is occupied with primarily, many argue if it’s Uncharted or not. Despite the continued success of the series, lead Neil Druckmann explained the conclusion for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End satisfied the team. Amid the wait for the upcoming The Last of Us multiplayer spin-off, Naughty Dog confirms the wait will be longer until more is release on the project and also the game shipping on store shelves. You can view the statement in the tweet below: “We know many of you have been looking forward to hearing more about our The Last of Us multiplayer game. We’re incredibly proud of the job our studio has done thus far, but as development has continued, we’ve realized what is best for the game is to give it more time,” the letterhead reads. “Our team will continue to work on the project, as well as our other games in development, including a brand new single-player experience; we look forward to sharing more soon.” The statement does come at a surprise for many. However, after the game’s absence at the recent PlayStation Showcase, it does make sense since the title was anticipated to make an appearance. PlayStation Store Reveals Two Additional Metal Gear Games Included In Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1

Just like in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater waiting out the death for the Ancient Sniper, fans have an extensive amount of patience for the franchise. For years already, fans await news on the upcoming film adaptation. Jordan Vogt-Robert (Kong: Skull Island) is in the directors chair with Oscar Isaac to star as Solid Snake. But it has been years since the original casting was revealed. This past week, however, remains the most active Metal Gear has been since then. At the PlayStation Showcase Konami unveiled Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, a complete remake of the aforementioned 2004 release. Additionally, Konami revealed Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 – a compilation of the original trilogy for newer consoles. More exciting is the anthology is not too far from releasing with an autumn launch window. The first volume was said to include Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. But now, it appears there is more included in this bundle than what is shared officially.  When reflecting on the official website, it only lists the three mentioned games already. It also noted to “stay tuned for more information” on likely other additions to come for or after Vol. 1 ships. Well, according to the PlayStation Store, Vol. 1 has more to offer. In that, both Metal Gear & Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake are also part of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1. “The origin of stealth action returns. New Trailer Cements 2023 Launch Window For Silent Hill Ascension

For those who recall the long-awaited Silent Hill showcase this past October, Konami delivered on fans hungry for more on the beloved horror IP. In the entire mix included Silent Hill 2 Remake, Silent Hill Townfall, Silent Hill f, and a new Silent Hill movie with the director of the original film returning, Christophe Gans. Additionally, Konami also revealed an interactive thriller Silent Hill Ascension – an online experience viewers vote to determine the outcome. Of course, Konami this past week has also remained busy with more of its legacy IP also in all cylinders now too. At the PlayStation Showcase, the firm unveiled Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater – a remake of the classic 2004 release. Even more is the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 which is shipping later this autumn. In a new update from Genvid Entertainment, it reveals a first look gameplay trailer for Silent Hill Ascension with a release window aimed to drop later on in 2023. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Is Coming To PC Later In July

In a blanketed push, a slew of PlayStation titles are swiftly migrating to PC. In the past year roughly, a handful of titles already hit Steam for fans outside of the traditional console reach of PlayStation to enjoy some of the games. These include Uncharted: Legacy Of Thieves Collection, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Sackboy: A Big Adventure last year alone. For this year, 2023 has only offered two title as of yet: Returnal & The Last of Us Part I. However, the list is likely to grow by the year’s end. Of course, Sony Interactive Entertainment plans to continue this straight path for PC users as its own dedicated domain for PlayStation on PC has been live for nearly a year already. Now this week, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Nixxes Software, and Insomniac Games revealed Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is coming to PC in late July. Devolver Direct Officially Arrives This Year On June 8th

Before June even arrived, the video game industry had already entered the event season. Around the kick off for the summer, publishers & developers congregate to showcase new titles and projects on the way. So far, Sony has featured its upcoming entries already with its PlayStation Showcase just last week. And that is only the beginning. Come June, over a handful of teams & organizers already scheduled presentations to reveal new titles. That includes the Meta Quest Showcase, Summer Game Fest, PC Gaming Show, Xbox Games Showcase, and Ubisoft Forward. August is also piling up with the likes of Gamescom, THQ Nordic Digital Showcase, and QuakeCon also. Now adding to the list is Devolver Digital. The indie game publisher revealed its new Devolver Direct featuring its ‘new’ nostalgic mascot Volvy is make an official comeback. Evidently, Devolver Direct 2023 will be an appendage of Summer Game Fest and held the same day. The new show gimmick surrounds the original mascot Volvy as last year’s Devolver Direct featured a Suda51 mecha host. Regarding other shows on the horizon for this year, Nintendo is planning to host its own live event in Seattle, Washington. It Appears Microsoft Is Teasing An Update On Fable Come Its Xbox Games Showcase

Yes, Microsoft even years following the launch of the Xbox Series X|S is still riding on the promise that games to drive users for its platform are on the way. Many of the same titles teased back during that infamous 2020 presentation are still underway. One notorious release is Playground Games’ Fable. A lot has developer for the game since. One fact being the title is developed utilizing ForzaTech Engine; the same proprietary engine used for Forza Horizon. Additionally, the developer also recruited Eidos-Montreal to assist in the development. Other uncertainty was thrown at the title with one rumor stating development was restarted with a new release window aimed for 2024. And as concerns swelled, producer on the game Vijay Gill told the game is in a playable state which does satisfy some lingering anxiety for fans. Now it appears the long wait is soon to be behind us. At lease, fans will have an update to enjoy come this June. On Twitter, the official Xbox account uploaded a new video with a literal trailer of glitter hinting ‘something’ is coming. That something many fans are convinced is Fable as what is heard in the background is the classic Bowerstone theme. Not only are fans receiving a presentation on the upcoming roadmap for Xbox and its connected ecosystem, but also a dedicated Starfield presentation follows the event that same afternoon. As for specifics during the main show, some speculation points in the right direction. According to one claim, the previously leaked Persona 3 Remake is to make an appearance for its official reveal. Not only that, Halo Infinite is likely to stop by. 343 Industries recently confirmed Season 4 plans to deliver the long-requested Infection mode to Halo Infinite on June 20th. Adios, The Vale: Shadow of the Crown Confirmed For Xbox Games With Gold June 2023 Free Titles

The ongoing rhythm for Xbox Games with Gold entering 2023 remains to be in a state of limbo following the ultimate move to sever legacy titles from the program. While many of the games included added to your backlog, viewing it now remains to be underwhelming according to many now that Xbox & Xbox 360 is absent from the equation. Looking at this past spring so far, there has duos of titles added to Xbox Games with Gold. In April, we witnessed Out of Space & Peaky Blinders: Mastermind at the time. And this past May featured Star Wars Episode I Racer alongside Hoa. In March, however, three games were billboarded for the service: Trüberbrook, Sudden Strike 4, and Lamentum exciting enough. But this June on offers two games once again: Adios and The Vale: Shadow of the Crown. The first is scheduled to go free from June 1st to June 30th. By June 16th, the latter game will be available to install until July 15th the following month. Additionally, May game Hoa is still available to install well until June 15th. “One choice can change everything.
