Party Animals – What Are Egg Coins?

Party Animals from Recreate Games features multiple currencies including Nemo Bucks and Cookies which we already detailed, but there’s another form of currency in the game. Egg Coins are a different type of currency the game has to offer as certain cosmetic items are only obtained by using these coins. Egg Coins are obtained from leveling up through the Battle Pass or you can spend Nemo Bucks to acquire these coins. Now how can you use Egg Coins in Party Animals? You can use an Egg Coin on the Surprise Egg machine that will randomly unlock anything from rare, epic to legendary items for certain characters. You can access the Surprise Egg machine by going through an Animal’s costume you like and there will be an option to “unlock”. Party Animals is a fun party game that we highly recommend to play.
Ed Boon tried to get John Wick in Mortal Kombat 1

Mortal Kombat 1 from NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Games has officially released for Xbox Series XlS, PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch, but there are still questions about fighters that could have been released in the game. Ed Boon, the co-creator of Mortal Kombat was interviewed by Rolling Stone about the Mortal Kombat series and fighting games in general. Ed Boon was asked if he was being influenced by modern action cinema and he answered the question revealing John Wick was one of the characters he tried to get into Mortal Kombat. “I could certainly see the John Wicks of the world… as a matter of fact, that is one of the ones that we tried to get – John Wick – in Mortal Kombat, and we didn’t get it.” A world where John Wick joins a Mortal Kombat game would excite fans of the series, but sadly the rights seem tough to obtain. Megan Fox was announced as Nitara in Mortal Kombat 1 days before the game released.

Part of these leaks shared other planned information the company may have come in the pipeline. Players might be able to customize their Xbox Series X or S according to this image found in the leaked documents. In the section “Not Currently Funded/Resourced,” you’ll notice project Uther where it says Console Customization via XDL meaning you’d be able to customize an Xbox via Xbox Design Lab. Xbox Design Lab was introduced in 2016 where you can customize an Xbox controller creating the color combination you’ve always wanted. This year Microsoft introduced the Xbox Elite Series 2 to the Design Lab providing more variety rather than just personalizing the standard Xbox Wireless Controller. Recently Microsoft announced the Xbox Series X Console Wraps where you can make your Xbox Series X look unique with 3 brand new designs. What do you think about customizing your Xbox console? We will share the real plans when we are ready. — Phil Spencer (@XboxP3) September 19, 2023 There is no question that some or most of these documents leaked are early plans and things likely changed, but it’s obvious that Microsoft is planning for new hardware in 2024 and beyond. Document Reveals Microsoft Considered Xbox Cloud Gaming On PlayStation 5

While the previous Microsoft v. FTC case took place back in at the start of summer 2023, the Xbox firm remained on top following the proceedings to be in their favor for the Activision Blizzard acquisition. But more recently, new documents have leaked online sharing the coming roadmap for Xbox. One being the mid-generation, digital-only Xbox Series system alongside a gyro-supported Xbox controller as well. Additionally, other documents shared newer ambitions atop of Activision Blizzard. In 2020, it was revealed that the Xbox firm, again, had interest to approach Nintendo to acquire the company. Of course, the ambition never became anything more. Elsewhere, another shared Microsoft’s coming launch lineup including a slew of unannounced Bethesda titles as well. In one document revealing an email chain, it reveals a discussion with Xbox leaders on the firm pursuing Xbox Cloud Gaming for PlayStation 5. However, most of the issue is being the lack of a supported browser on the system. You can read the exchange in the image below: Part of the discussion in one sentence from Xbox corporate vice president Kareem Choudhry expressed interest to further pursue this in bringing game streaming to PlayStation via Xbox. “We could always push Sony to support from cloud via browser or via a dedicated GamePass/Xbox app. so there are real possibilities of player access on PS5 without native development,” he wrote. In terms of another string of documents pertaining to xCloud, it is revealed Microsoft intentionally pulled its games from NVIDIA GeForce Now to better its own platform. The firm even refrained titles like Minecraft from being on other competing streamers such as PlayStation Now. You can read the full report by heading here.
