Fortnite reached its highest player count ever

Epic Games released Fortnite Chapter 4: Season OG featuring the original map that was released with the battle royale title. It looks like this is what it took for the community to come back to Fortnite because the game has reached its highest player count since its release in 2017. Earlier on November 3, 2023, the Fortnite Player Count hit its all-time peak of concurrent players at over 5 Million. The number it hit was 5,496,534 which is the highest amount of players online at the same time ever in Fortnite. The Fortnite Player count has reached a new all time peak since the launch of discovery, with 5.5 Million* people on at once. *The number is actually slightly higher pic.twitter.com/7XNL8ureeo — iFireMonkey (@iFireMonkey) November 3, 2023 The Fortnite Player Count has likely risen since this report, but it’s great to see the community return of Tilted Towers and other iconic locations. In October, Fortnite V-Bucks saw a price increase after Epic Games had laid off approximately 900 employees.

Sledgehammer Games confirmed that some Modern Warfare II (2022) maps will Carry Forward into Modern Warfare III after the game’s launch. The maps joining 2023’s Modern Warfare from the previous game will be Farm 18, Mercado, and Shoot House and will be available via a dedicated playlist. They also confirm more maps from 2022’s Call of Duty will be joining the game throughout Live Seasons. The Persona series has sold approximately 17.7 million units

SegaSammy revealed its sales figures for some of its series with Sonic the Hedgehog selling more than 1.66 Billion units and downloads clearly leading the way for the company. The other series that trail Sonic is Like A Dragon and Persona which is very far back of the popular hedgehog. According to the SegaSammy document, The Persona series has sold approximately 17.7 million units and downloads over the years. What might’ve and likely held the series back in sales was the limitation of platforms it had in the early days. ATLUS and Sega would release Persona games exclusively for PlayStation most of the time with Nintendo receiving an exclusive rarely. Now that Persona 5 Royal, Persona 5 Tactica, and Persona 4 Golden are available on multiple platforms the sale numbers should go up. Source: SegaSammy
