Over at game studio KillPixel, the team has been working almost radio silent on the coming release for Wrath: Aeon of Ruin. While the game is currently available for players to indulge themselves in on Steam Early Access, other platforms are still awaiting their respected version as well. And now, the team has returned to hand over the next set of plans for the project.
In a new brief trailer uploaded today, the firm shares that the game will officially be shipping this coming February next year and unveils the Founder’s Edition for the game. You can watch the short trailer in the video below:
The revealed boxed version of the game shares to only be unique to PC, but publisher 3D Realms tells that the game will be coming to Xbox, PlayStation 4, and Switch as well when the game officially departs from Early Access this coming winter. This edition will also be on limited supply as the firm tells that only 500 will be in production for the game’s arrival.
Running for $99.99, fans will receive a themed box, physical copy of the game, art book, copy of the original soundtrack, five metal enemy figurines, two-sided poster, uniquely-decorated USB drive, and pack of exclusive stickers.
The title itself – Wrath: Aeon of Ruin – embodies the aesthetic from the era of Nintendo 64-era shooters and expands on the formula with newer capabilities thanks to the hardware of today.
