This week, developer 4A Games came out to wish the Metro series a happy ten years since the release of Metro 2033 over a decade now. While the game initially shipped back on March 16th, the Ukraine-based team just now finished wrapping its present for the inaugural title for the game studio.
Unwrapping the surprise revealed that Metro Exodus will be shipping to CD Projekt Red-owned GOG.com this week. You can visit the game’s page on the platform by heading here.
As part of our 10 Years Of Metro celebration, we have released the critically acclaimed Metro Exodus to accompany its brothers, Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux, on the GoG platform, DRM-free.
Alongside its retouched predecessors that are already on the platform, players can also expect to pick up the two story expansions for Metro Exodus as well. That includes Two Colonels and the later Sam’s Story which bridges the experience to the United States. The game on GOG.com is sitting at a discounted priced of $19.99 for its addition; regularly $$39.99.
If you have yet to become familiar with Metro Exodus, I highly recommend you head over to read our review for the game. Rectify Gaming’s David Rodriguez tells his experience receiving the game to offer a “solid narrative and world building compliment the bleak, but optimistic adventure story it tells.” You can read the full review by heading here.
