Alan Wake II has been anticipated by fans since its announcement at The Game Awards in 2021. The game is expected to release sometime this year and it looks like the game will come to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series XlS and PC via Epic Games Store this October.

This intel comes from Alan Wake Voice Actor, Matthew Porretta during an episode of the  Monsters, Madness, and Magic podcast. Here is what he said thanks to Gematsu for breaking it down:

“I’ve been working on it—that’s supposed to come out in October. We’re in the middle of working on it now. In fact I was just in Finland last week. That’s where the company’s from—Remedy—amazing people.”

In the coming days and weeks we have a couple showcases with one being the PlayStation Showcase and the Xbox Games Showcase. So it’s possible to see Alan Wake II being shown off at one of those events revealing its potential October release date.
