Studio Wildcard has been working hard trying to release ARK: Survival Ascended on Xbox and PlayStation after the release on PC in October. It was initially confirmed the game would come to Xbox Series XlS on November 14, but that even got delayed to today, November 21. For PlayStation, the plan was to release it in late November as well.

Recently, Studio Wildcard put out a statement sharing that ARK: Survival Ascended for PlayStation 5 has been delayed to early December. They said they’ve been working closely with Sony on PS5 certification for ARK: Survival Ascended.

“We’re working diligently to bring you the best possible cross-platform experience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We’ll continue to provide updates on the PlayStation release as we make progress”

It seems there was a lot of work to do in order to get Survival Ascended on consoles, but it finally looks like the wait is over for fans of the series.
