Bandai Namco Spares Details On A New Power Awakens Part 2 Add-on For Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Looking back to this past April, developer CyberConnect2 alongside publisher Bandai Namco unveiled the first DLC expansion for the January-released Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. In that, the then-coming add-on would elaborate more on the story of the title with Beerus entering the scene and requiring both Goku and Vegeta to band together in properly taking down their opponent.

During the initial announcement, the team disclosed that the downloadable content would be framed into parts with the first segment to arrive in late April. Now today, Bandai Namco unveils the second part for A New Power Awakens is on the horizon. With that, the publisher spares a synopsis for the coming DLC.

Here is the statement provided for the approaching add-on for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot:

In this second DLC, the famous duo Goku and Vegeta will awaken a powerful new form.

Goku and Vegeta will benefit from mastering the God’s Ki an and unlock the ability to transform to Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan! Ultimate Vanish, Ultrasonic Fist, Ultimate Kamehameha or Ultimate Galick Gun, many new destructive fighting techniques will be available to Earth’s heroes.

While the A New Power Awakens Part 2 is subjected to arrive to already-listed platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, PC), neither a release date nor a timeframe was provided from both CyberConnect2 and Bandai Namco. Howbeit, Season Pass owners will be guaranteed the add-on when it arrives later on.
