One of the best battle royales on mobile to date, PUBG Mobile has its own fair share of challenges and tricks. But today, we’re going to be taking a look at their weapons and which combinations would work best. Before we get into it though, you might want to get some PUBG Mobile UC for the skins that could help you win some chicken dinners in style!
Of course, everything depends on your playstyle and strategies, so you might want to read this with that in mind. Some weapon availability depends on the map you’re playing on, so check that out before you jump in a game as well.
We’ll try to accommodate different weapons and playstyles within this article, so keep on reading to find out!
M416 + AWM
This is a weapon combo for those who like to cover bases from all ranges, perfect for those who are new to the game or for those who would like to explore the comfort of battling in different ranges. The AWM helps with long-range enemies whereas the M416 helps with mid to short-range battles.
The AWM is the most powerful bolt action sniper rifle in the game, so you know you’re secured with this in hand. It also happens to be the weapon with the longest range in the entire game, so if you’re a long-range player – you should take note! Sadly this weapon can only be obtained through airdrops, so watch out for those.
The M416 is an assault rifle that proves to be one of the most flexible weapons in the game, due to the number of attachments available. It has good recoil and a high reload speed when compared with other assault rifles, so it proves to be a smart choice.
AUG A3 + GROZA
A double assault rifle combination for those who enjoy close to mid-range battles. This combo does not fare well within a long range, so you might want to be aware of that.
If you can’t find an M416, the AUG A3 is a good replacement with similar properties. But there is a lower chance for you to actually find this assault rifle as it can only be obtained through airdrops, tough luck. The AUG A3 has a wide set of attachments available, low recoil, and a moderate rate of fire. It is also considered the most accurate assault rifle in the game.
The GROZA has similar properties as the AKM, but with less recoil and high damage. It is considered one of the best (if not the best) assault rifles currently in the game. GROZA works the best in close to mid-range battles and is rather stable when it comes to shooting moving targets.
DP-28 + AKM
If you’re new to the game, you might want to skip this gun and combo altogether (or don’t, it’s your choice) due to the recoil. This combo is best for short to mid-range battles. It is still possible to be used for long-range battles, especially if you one tap or burst fire with the DP-28. But it shines in short to mid-range situations.
The DP-28 is an LMG that is best used in mid-range situations as it has low recoil and has the damage output of the AKM. It can be used as long-range, as we mentioned previously, but only if you know what you’re doing. When it comes to moving targets, this gun doesn’t really prove worthy – so take note.
The AKM is a highly favored weapon among the professional or more seasoned players of the game as it is the most powerful assault rifle in the game. The main downside is that it has a high recoil that makes it hard to control. It works the best in short ranges and close combat situations as it is extremely powerful and can shred through enemies easily.
G36C + MP5K
Before you start looking, this combo is only available on the new Karakin map. Another combo option for the short to mid-range players, since that’s the preferred range for most players anyway. Like it or not, you will find yourself battling in close to mid-range.
The G36C is simply a better version of the M416 in all aspects. It has good recoil and better control as well as decent damage output that is best used in short to mid-range combat. With decent controls, you can also use it against moving targets.
The MP5K is a UZI dupe, the only difference is that the UZI can shoot faster and the MP5K can deal more damage. The MP5K has more ammo capacity with three firing modes: single, automatic, and burst.
MK14 + M416
This is a good all-rounder combo that could help you in all ranges – especially true if you put in more practice and understand the capabilities of each weapon. This combo is also good for moving targets. Make sure to test it out and adjust to your liking, especially with the M416.
The MK14 is best for close to mid-range combat, even if it is a DMR, as it can shoot in full auto mode as well. The DMR makes it a good weapon for long-range, but bolt action rifles can still one-shot you if you let your guard down.
The M416, as mentioned previously does well in close to mid-range combat as well. With its flexibility as well as being a bolt action rifle, the M416 can also be used for long-range combat if need be. Just make sure to use the proper attachments to strengthen it as a long-range weapon.
Vector + UMP45
This is a combo for the short-range fighters. Both weapons perform best in short ranges, so avoid long ranges and moving targets. It fares average in mid-range combat, so you could still get away with it, but close combat is definitely the way to go.
Vector is a good choice for those who like to spam shoot and kill multiple enemies at the same time. Much like a guerilla-style gameplay. It has low recoil and decent damage output with a high rate of fire. Vector is best at close combat fights, and its only downfall is its small magazine size even with a magazine extension.
The UMP45 deals the second-highest damage when it comes to SMGs and its manageable recoil can be further reduced with attachments. Its only downfall is range, as the target moves further away, the damage output gets less.
Sum Up
There you have it! Some of the best weapon combinations you could put together or try out when playing PUBG Mobile. Always remember to have fun as you explore your own playstyle and form your own strategies. Eventually, you’ll find a combination that resonates with you the best. Good luck!
