From publisher Square Enix, most excitement is understandably rising for the ongoing Final Fantasy IP that the Japanese firm continues to establish more projects for. However, it was until the beginning of the year that many fans grew excited for a separate series – Bravely Default. Rewinding back to The Game Awards 2019 did Square Enix announce a sequel to the original Nintendo 3DS game is coming.

However, the game despite being slated for a 2020 release window was later pushed to a new launch date aiming for February 2021. But in the mean time, the game did receive an playable demo over on the Nintendo eShop which occupied excited fans as to what they can anticipated for the follow-up releasing later on that winter.

In a new announcement last week, Square Enix revealed that Bravely Default II will be finding a PC version of the game shipping later on in September. You can watch the reveal trailer in the video below:

“Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, nature’s masters,
The Crystals’ power exceeds the hand of man,
And if unleashed, would bring down death, disaster,
Calamity and blight upon the land.
―― Ancient quatrain of Kingdom Musa,” the description for the game on Steam shares. “Guided by fate, it’s up to you to stop the forces that threaten these heroes and all of Excillant. A new entry in the “Bravely” series. A new world, a new story, and all-new Heroes of Light. ‘Four new Heroes of Light emerge’”.

Of course, this is not the first time we witnessed a Nintendo Switch exclusive come to PC. Previously, we witnessed Daemon x Machina hit Steam. But in a recent reveal this year, it was later said that Monster Hunter Rise is expecting support for the platform later on in 2022. You can read the full report by heading here.
