While it certainly marks well over a month since the official release of Camouflaj’s Marvel’s Iron Man VR, the Washington-based studio is not ultimately finished with the project. On the contrary, the team today shipped a new patch to the recently-released, virtual reality experience to breath more life into the already blossomed title.

In a new blog post, Camouflaj tells that this free client update will incorporate a slew of new additions to the base game including the highly-requested New Game+ and introduce other gameplay additions to further diversify the experience for players looking for more initiative to further their play time.

One thing that we understood innately — but didn’t fully appreciate until our game was in the wild — was just how passionate Marvel fans are about what we were building. The development team at Camouflaj gobbled up your reviews, tweets, and videos; listening intently to what you had to say, and what you wanted more of. I hope this content update continues to make good on our initial promise: to make you feel more than ever like you are Iron Man.

While New Game+ is a highlight for the new patch that players to take on, Camouflaj did not stop there. In that, the firm also disclosed there is a new difficulty mode also – Ultimate. Even more, there is a new arsenal of weapons to parade with when taking the skies in the Impulse Armor: continuous Beam Repulsor, EM Charge Cannon, Micro Swarm, and Gravity Bomb.

Camouflaj also worked out some issues and refined some of the rougher edges in Marvel’s Iron Man VR. That includes better load times, the ability to skip cinematics without being required to load in, and skippable side missions.

Elsewhere this month, Naughty Dog highlighted some new additions for its own free update to The Last of Us Part II. The install offers players new difficulty modes with their own respected trophies and over a handful of visual filters and game-changing augmentations. You can read the full report by heading here.
