Following two very unfortunate delays for CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077, it looks the currently proposed November release date for the coming title is more than likely arriving as scheduled. With the influx of new details via the Night City Wire presentations for the approaching title, fans are learning more than ever on the events that will be taking place in Night City.
But there are still some lingering details regarding the game outside of its vertically expansive world – that being how players can play the game. Given that the title will be optimized for either the Xboxes or PlayStations underway, the same cannot be said for PC users. In that, during this most recent Night City Wire, CD Projekt Red shared the PC specifications for its keyboard & Mouse users.
You can view both minimum & recommended system requirements for PC in the image below:

Among the technical askings for players to properly run Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red most importantly revealed that the space requirement for the upcoming RPG will be requesting at least 70 GB. While it is passed for users on PC to utilize and HDD, it is recommended players acquire a SSD instead. As for the console counterparts, the listed 70 GB is a minimum with potential fluctuations pending based on what will come for the porting of the game.
Granted that the game is only asking for 70 GB is a very big relief for users as other entries out now require more than CD Projekt Red’s title. Properties such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is infamous for this fault so Cyberpunk 2077 is a nice break from overloading player’s hard drives. The firm previously shared that it will work towards minimizing the title updates that hit the title and further pushing the game’s file size.
Elsewhere recently, users online discovered through the new Xbox Series S website that Cyberpunk 2077 might be arriving to Xbox on launch day. The page reading “Xbox Series S brings a launch library that’s ready for adventure as soon as you open the box,” and listing Cyberpunk 2077 as one of those primed games. CD Projekt Red has yet to comment on the accuracy of the statement. You can read the full report by heading here.
