In case you missed the recent news within 343 Industries, Dan Ayoub ex-Studio Head left Halo’s developer to join Microsoft’s Mixed Reality focused in Education team – “Over the years, Dan has helped us work with amazing studios and partners from literally every corner of the globe. They, like us are going to miss him, and Dan wanted us to express his thanks to both those partners, and to all the Halo fans and community who’ve been the fuel and fire that have ignited his passion and ambition, throughout the years.”
Frank O’Connor just announced on Twitter Chris Lee is now the Studio Head for the shooter team. Reading Chris’ Twitter bio, he has worked on Halo 3: ODST, Halo: Reach when Bungie was still in charge of Halo, Halo 4 and Halo 5: Guardians. We’re looking forward to seeing what Chris Lee will do for the Halo franchise and we wish him the best of luck.
Just a quick clarification. I have been the head of the shooter team at 343. Not the strat team that Dan was The Studio Head of.

follow our new studio head @tefferlee because he's keen to talk about Halo and better at twitter than me. I am still mastering MySpace.

In similar news, 343 Industries has said Halo 6 won’t be at E3 – “I’ll slip into my Dreamcrusher persona for a minute in the name of realistic expectations: We’ve said this already but we’ll have a little something at E3 but it’s not related to the next major entry in the franchise” said Brian Jarrard, Community Manager at 343.
