In a press release today along with an announcement on their community site, Treyarch has announced that modding tools are coming to Black Ops 3 on PC. The new features will allow PC users to create their very own game modes as well as maps themselves equipped with whatever mods they create. Of course, it wouldn’t be the same unless there was a server browser to allow a quick and easy search for whatever your favorite mods and maps will be. Treyarch confirmed that all of these things will be included when the program launches.

You’ll have to wait until next year though for a closed alpha in March followed by a beta soon afterwards.
