UPDATE: Looks like Cuphead is getting a retail box with a voucher code inside and should be out next week alongside Xbox One X, a user on Cheapassgamer shared.

Cuphead being out for about a week now has grabbed players wanting something more tangible. As of right now, Cuphead is only available for digital purchase leaving us the question: when are we getting it physical?
According to a post on NeoGAF, Studio MDHR already hinted at this back in mid-September in a reply on Twitter. Stating that “We have plans”. But with no plan as of yet when we will see this or any release date for the physical edition.

We have plans — and will eventually have a physical release (collector's edition, etc)! 🙂
