Dead Rising 4 struggles to sell 1 million copies.

Dead Rising 4 came out in December 2016 receiving mixed reviews (72 on Metacritic). As of today, the game has sold under a million copies on Xbox One, Windows 10 and Steam, short of Capcom’s expectation of two million. Dead Rising 2 remains the best selling title of the franchise with 3 million copies sold.
We don’t know the future of Dead Rising series. Capcom is probably reviewing the best they can to ensure this franchise stays afloat.
