Just a could weeks back in June, publisher Devolver Digital reassured fans that its coming, titular Direct presentation would be arriving sometime in July. Prior to the more recent announcement last month, Devolver Digital also stated to be unsure what exactly the future will offer for the firm regarding its annual press conference. The reveal comes following the disbandment of this year’s E3 in-person show for this year.
Now in a new tweet shared online earlier today, the company’s Twitter account reveals that the Devolver Direct will be arriving later this month – July 11 to be exact.
In the approaching showcase, Devolver Digital will feature anticipated projects from its arsenal of independent game studios that is being published by the firm. Followers can anticipate announcements of new games that have yet to be announced by Digital Devolver alongside sharing new information on pre-existing projects such as Phobia Game Studio’s Carrion.
Among some of the more anticipated titles currently in development, one that fans would hope to see more about is WolfeEye Studio’s Weird West. The team shared the project during this past December Game Awards, but has yet to spare more of the project since then to that degree. Perhaps a more in-depth gameplay trailer/demonstration will be showcased for excited fans of the former Arkane Studios’ developers. You can read the full announcement for Weird West by heading here.
