Division 2 Setting Leaked Before Ubisoft E3 2018 Conference

Since The Division 2 was leaked back in March, then later confirmed by Ubisoft to be shown at their conference this E3 many fans were left wondering what to expect new from the game. One being the sequel’s setting, if it will continue in the quarantined Manhattan or somewhere new. And according to a recent Reddit post, The Division is leaving New York.
Posted by Reddit User The _Betrayer1, they show an image of a banner set up for E3 with three Division members with their backs turned. And in front of them is the Washington Monument and the Capital Building, indicating that the game will be set in Washington D.C.

Along with this the user was able to determine the weapons that the figures were holding and to assume they will be in the upcoming title.

• CDX-TAC rifle
• .338 Lapua Magnum
• H&K G3
• Milkor M321 6 shot 40mm grenade launcher
• Excalibur Vortex
• Benelli M4 H20 shotgun

As for now the banner seems to be legitimate, but for the weapons they are only guesses from what they look like. We will find out more on The Division 2 tomorrow at Ubisoft’s E3 2018 Conference tomorrow at 1 PM PST/ 4 PM EST.
