EA Sports gives a closer look at NHL 24 in new Presentation Trailer

EA Sports is prepared to release NHL 24 on October 6 for Xbox and PlayStation, but fans are waiting to see more about the game before it releases. Recently, EA Sports shared a new Presentation Trailer talking about the small details you’ll notice when playing NHL games such as goal celebrations, player customization, new colour commentator, and more.

One of the new features in NHL 24 is Dynamic Rink Boards which is an expansion of the augmented reality broadcast. Rink boards are built to communicate key on-ice moments, from delayed penalties, goal summaries, stat milestones, and vanity backdrops to accentuate those big Flex Cam moments.

The crowd will be more energetic than ever before in this game. Enriched Crowd Atmospheres delivers the most energetic Chel crowd to date. New waves of event reactions support significant stoppages, rushes down the ice, Exhaust Engine peaks, and those dramatic comeback moments that make the arena feel alive.

NHL 24 comes with over 75 new goal celebration animations, camera angles, and more.

With Flex Moments, The broadcast feels more alive than ever before with over 75 new goal celebration animations, new camera angles, lighting effects, and the ability for players to set their celly so they can flex how they want when they want.

Authentic music is coming back to NHL such as Darude by Sandstorm, Cha-Cha Slide, and more so the crowd feels engaged before the drop of the puck.

Cheryl Pounder is replacing Ray Ferraro as the Colour Commentator in this NHL game. Over the last few games Ray has been known to be the inside-the-glass commentator, but it looks like that will be taken away and Cheryl will just be the co-commentator.

There will be new on-ice projections in EA Sports NHL 24 so before the game starts you’ll notice every team has their own experience just like in real life. So when you play the Golden Knights, Capitals, Islanders, and others they’ll all have different pre-games.
