EA Sports Recap



EA sports had their conference at 4 PM Est, June 15th, 2015. They showed off their good old sports games that come out every year. EA started out with NHL 16 surprisingly.


The NHL 16 trailer shows off awesome new looks to the game, you get to see beards in the gameplay, the crowd gets more into it, the commentators talk more in NHL 16. NHL 16’s motto is “Play Together. Win Together.” NHL 16 will most likely launch this Fall 2015. The lighting also looks a lot better compared to past NHL games. Keep in mind that EA loves to advertise one big new feature but only to let down the fans in other aspects of the game.


The next game was NBA Live 16 which revealed a new feature for the game that you will be able to scan your face and put it on an in-game character. It also has a new system that brings more animations to the gameplay. NBA Live will be available September 29th, 2015 on PS4 and Xbox One.





The next game that was shown was FIFA 16. Which received a live-action trailer with some archival footage of important soccer games. Pele came out on stage to discuss the philosophy of making a soccer game. Players will have better-simulated defenses and more precise midfield play. There will be also be more skill moves. FIFA 16 is set to release September 22nd, 2015.

The final sports game they show is NFL 16. Which has a overhauled draft system that’s meant to make it easier to engage with the strengths and weaknesses of your team. The developer is focusing on quarterbacks, receivers, and defensive coverage. NFL 16 is set to release on August 25th, 2015.
