Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree has been available to play for a week now and the expansion is already a success from a sales perspective. Bandai Namco Entertainment and FromSoftware announced Shadow of the Erdtree reached 5 million units sold worldwide within just three days of its release.

In the newest expansion, players step into the Realm of Shadow, a world full of mysteries and danger, riddled with more intimidating bosses. Shadow of the Erdtree brings a wide array of new spells, weapons, and armor for players to create their builds and overcome challenges in their own style.

This is only the first three days of sales this expansion has received. We imagine the numbers will continue to grow and impress as time goes on.

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree is available to play now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
