Elgato Gaming Reveals New Products At CES 2019

CES 2019 was full of announcements including some surprises from Elgato Gaming. Let’s start off with what I feel was the bigger reveal out of the total of four products and that’s the Key Light.

The Key Light helps improve your lighting when streamed and what’s neat about this product is that if you already have the Elgato Stream Deck you can control the brightness and color temperature from the software on your PC and it helps create space with its desk mount since most streamers have lights that have to stand behind the desk which can take up a lot of room.

The product ships January 14th at $200 USD and it’s only one light.

Screen Link was another reveal and it’s another great feature for streamers who always wanted to show off their mobile gaming or who want to IRL stream in another way. This feature will allow you to wirelessly capture your iPhone or iPad to your computer to either record or stream in great quality up to 1080p 60 fps. There hasn’t been any word when this feature will be available for Android users, but for now only iOS users can download this feature now on the Apple Store.

The next 2 products revealed was the Thunderbolt 3 Pro Dock & the Stream Deck SDK for developers.
