January will go down as one of the most successful months for Early Access games and more specifically, survival games. Palworld set new records becoming the second most popular game in Steam’s history by reaching over 2 million concurrent players and selling over 8 million copies in one week. The other game is Enshrouded from Keen Games which is already having success in its first four days.
Keen Games announced that Enshrouded has reached one million players and the developer shares how blown away they are by its success and the overwhelmingly positive reception.

While it has reached a million players across Xbox Series XlS, PlayStation 5, and PC, its all-time peak on Steam for concurrent players is at 160,405 which is quite an accomplishment.
