Epic Games Announces Icon Series To Showcase Popular Personalities

The craze surrounding Epic Games’ Fortnite continues to radiate well into the new decade as the developer is still pumping boat loads of new content into the game on the daily. Ranging from licensed skins to completely unique cosmetics conjured from those at Epic Games themselves, active users do wish that they could don specialized items to represent some of their favorite streamers.

Now fans of their favorite personalities can thanks to the newly announced Icon Series that Epic games has launched this week. Players alike previously will be able to purchase these cosmetics in the Item Shop, but now will mask their character in the respectively decorated skin for their preferred influencer.

Debuting this new line of items to arrive later in the coming future, Epic Games revealed that Ninja will be the first to receive his own set of items. Here is what will be available for Ninja’s Icon Series:

• Ninja Outfit
• Ninja’s Edge Back Bling
• Ninja Style emote
• Dual Katanas Pickaxe

Epic Games simultaneously disclosed alongside Ninja’s new cosmetic that streamers Loserfruit and TheGrefg will be the next to receive the same Fortnite treatment in the game’s Item Shop. The team also clarifies that this new item series will also break out from just notorious streamers and branch to other personalities involved in the music, entertainment, and fashion as well.
