Now judging by this title you might be saying “Wasn’t the first game exclusive on Xbox One so why wouldn’t the sequel not be the same?” Well recently, Insomniac Games tweeted out they were looking for a publisher for Sunset Overdrive 2.
In case you don’t know about Sunset Overdrive, it was A very colorful open world game, with interesting gameplay, fun and hilarious dialogue, and also was the first time Insomniac Games worked on a project like this with Microsoft.

So now to ensure that Sunset Overdrive 2 gets published to Xbox One exclusively they started a vote on the Xbox user feedback website. It currently has over 2,000 votes already and it has been clear that a lot of hardcore Xbox fans want it to come and there has been rumors in the past, but all deemed to be fake.
It almost seems like a no brainer to publish Sunset Overdrive 2 because it is still arguably one of the best Xbox One exclusives to date, but the problem was that the sales were low. Now Phil Spencer and the Xbox team might seem hesitant to make more single player games like this because of sales.
We will just have to wait and see what happens.
