Final Fantasy 15, although we won’t hear anything more about it until March of 2016, is already fully playable from start to finish. Satoshi Kitade, the game’s programmer, spoke on the game’s official forums by saying

That the development staff are able to grasp the whole picture is very important. As a programmer, we are ready to concentrate on optimization.”

He also noted that the first half of the game is fully finished and playable as a final product. They are currently ironing out the details of the second half in order to finish it up for launch. So far it seems as if development is going swimmingly for Final Fantasy and we hope we hear more sooner rather than later.
