Square Enix and Sony concluded the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth focused State of Play giving a deeper look into the second part of the Final Fantasy VII remake. Ahead of the game’s release on February 29, 2024, a demo was announced and it is available to play right now.

The Final Fantasy VII Rebirth demo allows you to take control of both Cloud and Sephiroth in battle. Sephiroth is playable as part of the extended flashback section, as Cloud recalls an earlier mission in his career as a Soldier.

The State of Play gave us 11 minutes of never-before-seen gameplay for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth which you can see on YouTube:

You can download the demo now on the PlayStation Store.
