Sony has announced a release date for Uncharted 4 and various special editions. The primary bonus included with the digital deluxe edition of Uncharted 4 is called the Uncharted Triple Pack, this looks to be the name as a DLC season pass. It will let you have  “future access to the first-ever, single-player story add-on for the Uncharted series and two multiplayer packs that will unlock new, rare, and legendary multiplayer items. The triple pack will be $80 as the season pass will be $20.

Past Uncharted games offered DLC for multiplayer and that would range from new maps, new skins, and to avatars. “Whenever we sit down and think we should do some single-player DLC, someone pitches something and we realize–that’s a five hour level. We’d rather build out another game than we would do episodic content,” he added. “We’re so small that we can’t afford to have a whole team working on DLC. That’s why we don’t do it. We’d much rather be working on the next game, producing the game quickly and having people play another adventure.”
