Forza Horizon 4 Confirmed For an E3 Reveal

Microsoft has big plans for this E3 as it could be one of their biggest ones this generation, with a huge theater showcase, along with a special FanFest, where eager Xbox One owners can get their hands on the latest upcoming games.
One of those plans look to revolve around the next chapter in the Forza Horizon series, as the head of the Xbox division in Spain and Portugal, Fenanda Delgado, recently confirmed that the game would be getting a reveal at E3 in a couple months.
This should not be a huge shocker as in the start of the year there were rumors around that Forza Horizon 4 would be set in Japan and according to our sources at Rectify Gaming that still seems to be the plan. This is the first real official word we’ve gotten about the game.
While speaking with GameReactor, Delgado was asked about the likeliness of a new Forza Horizon game making its way to the show, in which he noted, “There have been many speculations about where the next Forza Horizon will be and that is what we will tell later at E3.”
There are a few questions to be answered. First off, is Playground Games, the team behind the first three games in the series, back in for development? There has been words around that the team was hard at work on a new RPG which could possibly be an entry in the Fable franchise. and even opened up a new studio to get the job done.
Forza Horizon is an open world racing series and its previous part, Forza Horizon 3, came out in 2016. The game had major optimization issues on the PC, however, Playground Games and Turn 10 were able to resolve these issues.
Forza Horizon 3 is still one of the best rated Xbox One games this generation for Microsoft and we expect the 4th to be strong as well.
