Telltale Games have confirmed that Season 2 of its Game of Thrones series will be making its way into our hands soon. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Telltale’s head man Kevin Bruner revealed that the cliff hangers at the end of Season 1 will be explained in the upcoming second season

When we initially announced the series in 2013, we let everyone know this would be a multi-title, multiyear partnership with HBO. After this week’s finale, I’m pleased to officially confirm that there will be a second season of Telltale’s Game of Thrones series, and that it’s currently in development. The questions left on the table at the conclusion of season one, who survived and who didn’t, as well as all the other choices you made play a huge role in the second season. We’ve been planning the second season all along, but I really shouldn’t be revealing more than that.

Bruner also noted that depending on how you ended season one and which characters of House Forrester were alive and which were dead would determine how the cliffhangers will be answered in season 2. “We love that different players will end up with different Forresters depending on how they play, and that those decisions will affect how the unanswered questions get resolved”

In my play through, I ended with Mira dead with her head chopped off, Asher wounded but likely to survive after the battle with the Whitehills and Rodrik dying with my own mother disobeying me and causing the fight that got me wounded in the first place. We’ll see how it plays out in season 2 and will let you know as soon as we hear more.
