During the Gears of War Pro League Season 1 finals, Microsoft have announced that Gears of War 4 maybe releasing earlier than expected. The company announced that the Xbox One game is now slated to launch in fall 2016. Previously when  it was shown at E3 they were aiming for Holiday 2016. The Gears of War 4 beta is scheduled to arrive this spring. The more than 1 million people who bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition get to play first. On a side note, 45 percent of Ultimate Edition players are new to the Gears of War franchise. With all the delays happening lately this is some positive news coming from Xbox/Microsoft.
