Since its 2014 release it has been a roller coaster with Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Moving forward from that year 343 Industries have made fixes and additions of Halo 3: ODST and recently Halo: Reach to the collection.

Today, 343i revealed that Halo 3: ODST Firefight will finally be joining the collection this Summer, but have not specified a release date yet. This has been one of the latest requests from the community as you can already play Halo: Reach Firefight since December and it would only make sense to add ODST’s version as well.

We can expect there to be testing of this new addition through the Halo: MCC Insider program for both console and PC as that’s what 343i has been doing to test upcoming games being added to the collection on PC and have for console with Halo: Reach.

Are you excited for Halo 3: ODST Firefight making a comeback with MCC?
