Halo Infinite has been a big topic in gaming over the last month with its gameplay reveal being shown on July 23rd during the Xbox Games Showcase. Things were looking up for Halo Infinite as we still expected it to launch this Holiday 2020 with Xbox Series X.

Today, Chris Lee the Studio Head at 343 Industries released a statement that Halo Infinite will be getting delayed to 2021. COVID has had an impact on this industry and now it has affected Infinite. The statement is below:

Back in late July through interviews Chris Lee had stated that we would see Halo Infinite’s multiplayer in the coming months, but we assume that would be delayed as well.
