Despite the unfortunate push to a 2021 release for Halo Infinite, the game in its extended development phase has illustrated great improvements since the announcement. In its February 2021 Inside Infinite, developer 343 Industries features night/day differences with the screenshots of the build for the game at the time of writing. But for the game to arrive later this fall, fans are even more ecstatic when more gameplay footage is shared later down the road.

As for what many anticipate for the game is left up to speculation. In one aspect, it is suggested that Microsoft is leaning towards releasing the game in segments once again. Speaking with Kotaku last summer, Phil Spencer elaborated that the team has brought the idea back to the table, but it is unsure if that will be fulfilled. Seeing the progress of the game’s development, it does not appear to be likely.

But in a new episode of Fadam and Friends podcast last week, voice actor Varlon Roberts discloses that Halo Infinite is coming later this November. Roberts reveals that he is familiar with the release window as he voices Spartan Griffin in Halo Infinite. You can watch the segment of the interview below:

Upon explaining his debut into the industry, Roberts shares his first role landed him voicing a character for the video game. “Yeah, that was like one of my first auditions was auditioning for the video game, Halo Infinite – which was supposed to already be out, but with the pandemic and everything and then they- I think they had some leadership changes so now it’s pushed till later November of this year.”

In the interview, Roberts continues by sharing that he would visit 343 Industries to shoot for his role in Halo Infinite with voicing and later again to do motion capture. However, the voice actor does not elaborate on a specific date for Halo Infinite. Many fans in the community suspect that the game will arrive on November 15 which happens to be the same day as Halo: Combat Evolved which released on November 15 in 2001.

Elsewhere in relation to Halo Infinite, 343 Industries presses on the finer details for the coming title. In its March Inside Infinite Q&A, the team reveals information on the wildlife, environments, and the topic of duel wielding & playable elites. You can read the full report by heading here.

Are you hoping Halo Infinite arrives this November or sooner?

Halo Infinite is scheduled to arrive sometime in fall 2021 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
