PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has new faces on the horizon as it was revealed that both Harley Quinn and the Joker will be coming to the battle royale.
Seen from the video trailer, we will be receiving the recent adaptations of the two villains from the 2016 film Suicide Squad. For those hoping for more popular depictions of the two notorious characters will be disappointed when witnessing the announcement.

Though this is exciting for the popular title, this isn’t unique for the genre overall. As previously with Epic Games’ Fortnite partnering with Marvel to introduce Thanos from Avengers: Infinity War in an timed online event. It should also be noted that the characters will be “coming soon” to only Xbox and PC, disregarding the other versions on mobile. As it’s unlikely to see more partnerships for PUBG compared to it’s competitor, this is still worth getting excited for nonetheless.
Recently it was discovered that PUBG’s exclusivity to the Xbox platform might come to an end as soon as this December, which you can check here.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is available now for Xbox One, Android, iOS and PC.
