When Halo 3 was in its prime on Xbox 360, easily one of the most iconic armors in the game became the Hayabusa armor. It was unique since the helmet came from the Ninja Gaiden series, and ever since, it was thought to be impossible for it to come back to a modern Halo title.
During the Xbox Showcase on Sunday, it was announced that Ninja Gaiden 4 will be coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC this October. Soon after that was announced, Halo Studios revealed the Hayabusa armor is making its return.
The Hayabusa Zokuhen bundle is now available in the Halo Infinite Exchange to unlock the Hayabusa helmet and the Sigma Dragon helmet attachment.
If you have been waiting for Hayabusa to return, act fast because it’s only available until July 8, 2025. To unlock the armor, players can earn Spartan Points by completing challenges and playing matches in Halo Infinite.

Grifball Returns to Halo
Almost four years since its release, Halo Infinite is finally getting the Grifball game mode. It will have a few different variants – Classic Grifball, 3P Classic Grifball, Octane Grifball, and 3P Octane Grifball.
The “3P” versions are third-person variants for a wider look at the impending carnage, says Halo Studios.
