Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is the next big release coming from Xbox Game Studios and previews of the game have already gone live. From looking at the trailers we’ve seen of Hellblade 2 we can all tell it will be a great cinematic experience from Ninja Theory and during the previews from other outlets of the game it has been confirmed that Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 will run at 30 FPS on both Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.

Hellblade 2 will have dynamic resolution and it will not have a performance mode to play at a higher frame rate. When it comes to gameplay in the new Ninja Theory game, puzzles are very similar to the previous Hellblade, you have a new ability – a handheld mirror that can temporarily slow down enemies to land combos, and the parry window seems to be less forgiving this time.

When Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 releases on May 21, 2024, it will only be available digitally with no option to buy the physical version of the game. It is expected that the Hellblade sequel will also be just as long as Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice which was around 8-10 hours long.

If you want to catch up on the series and subscribe to Xbox Game Pass you can play Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice now.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 will come to Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Xbox Game Pass on day one.
