Today’s the day everyone! LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has launched after years of development. It’s the biggest game in the franchise by far as it lets you explore 23 separate planets and all nine of the films.

So much has been added to the game that it feels a bit overwhelming. It took a little bit to get used to as I’m not used to this much content in a LEGO game. Those like me who will end up completing the game will need to put in some work as there are 1,166 bricks to collect in addition to the currently listed number of 380 characters.

“LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is the ultimate video game experience that allows generations to play together in the galaxy far, far away,” said Douglas Reilly, Vice President, Lucasfilm Games. “Players can explore all nine films from the Skywalker saga, bringing a whole new level of fun and humor to the greatest LEGO Star Wars adventure yet.”

Each level also has three specific challenges to complete. It’s a first for the franchise, and all three will need to be completed in order to earn an extra brick. Characters have skill trees to earn new abilities, there are different character classes and much more!
