Microsoft has finally revealed how you can exchange your digital copy from the limited collectors edition of Halo 5: Guardians. Back in July, people wondered how they can get the physical edition of Halo 5 with the edition so they can shelve it in their game collection. Now, on Microsoft Support, they show some steps into getting it:
- Open the Contact Us page. (Which links you to the Xbox Support)
- Select “Chat with Microsoft Support” to chat with a support agent.
- Once you’re connected, inform them that you want to exchange your unredeemed digital code for Halo 5: Guardians for a physical disc.
- You’ll need to provide the agent with the following information:
- Your Xbox gamertag
- Your email address
- The token’s 25-character code
- Your address for shipment
Be sure you think quickly about exchanging though due to the offer only works from October 20th through November 1st!
