While many knock Stadia for its inability to truly stand against platform titans like Microsoft, Nintendo or Sony, Google continues to evolve the platform beyond what the three are implementing. Although the Xbox firm does have xCloud, premium features is still vacant from the service. Namely, Phone Link for Stadia is one that stands out for Stadia allowing users to integrate their own smart phone as a controller or any wireless game paddle.
Additionally, unique features like State Share or Stream Connect remains another integral feature which stands out Stadia compared to competition as well. Recently, Google reported that more than 20 titles featured on its platform now implements these tools and extended support is expected as the service’s video game library continues to grow.
Similar to its console counterparts, Google also has its own Stadia Pro service which offers new games for a flat price per month. For October 2021, we witnessed titles like Cake Bash, Control: Ultimate Edition, DreamWorks Spirit Lucky’s Big Adventure, Hello Engineer – Early Access, and Unto the End. Now for November, the list grows with:
Hundred Days – Winemaking Simulator
Saints Row IV
Additionally, Stadia goes on to highlight new additions to the platform to kick off the new month. In that, Dead by Daylight receives a new survivor, Mikaela Reid and the Scouting feature for Madden NFL 22 arrives to the platform’s versions. But for games, those are: Hello Engineer, Child of Light, Heist Simulator, My Friend Peppa Pig, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, Riders Republic, and PJ Masks: Heroes of the Night.
